Business Profile
Company History
Since 1984, as a SF South Bay company, our focusl has always been to seek out projects requiring specialized or innovative design / construction solutions. The period from 1984 to 1993 saw the completion of 3 in-fill subdivisions, and numerous custom infill residences, renovations and additions, all with traditional Site Built construction. work
In 1993 we tackled our first project using factory built housing. We found working with the product so successful that we have continued in this area of the housing market ever since. In the Completed Projects link, you will see samples of Subdivisions, Custom Urban infill, and Rural Settings, all completed with factory built housing products, in both CBC code and HUD Code.
We continue to actively seek out opportunities to use our both our construction experience and factory relationships, to help our clients build with the 21st century technologies associated with factory built products.
